Smith and Lisa Antionette Smith Family Trust dated July 2, 1996, of P.O, Box 1156, Salem,
Utah 84.653-1156, Purchasers, exists for the purchase of the following described real property
located in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That part of Section 28., T35N, Rl l9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, described on Exhibit A.
RESERVING unto Seller an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities to the land
being retained by Seller, along with the easement described on attached Exhibit A,
