The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said

heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have
or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Part of Lots 4 and 5 of Block 9 of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest coruer of Lot'5 in Block 9 of the Original Town of Kemmerer and running thence
Easterly on Topaz Street along the North boundary line of said Lot 46 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continuing Easterly on Topaz Street along the North boundary line of said Lot 5, 69 feet;
thence Southerly at right angles to Topaz Street and parallel to the West boundary line of Lots 4 and 5,
I00 feet, to the Southerly boundary line of Lot 4;
thence Westerly at right anglesand parallel to the North boundary line of Lot 4, 35 feet;
thence Northerly and parallel to the Westerly boundary line 40 feet;
thence Westerly at right angles and parallel to the Northerly boundary line of Lot 4, 34 feet;
thence Northerly and parallel to the Westerly boundary liue of Lot 4 and 5, 60 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving al! rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Roger Alan Schanzenbach
heirs and assigns, to his and their owu property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other person iu our
. names or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and
everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
