BILATERAL AFFIDAVIT REGARDING REAFFIRMATION OF MORTGAGE
The undersigned parties, TERESA JACKSON, single, (hereinafter "Borrower"), and CHASE
MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, (Hereinafter "Lender"), each being oF sound mind and
lawful age and knoWn to the undersigned to be the person whose name is subscribed to this instrument and,
after first being duly sworn, did state the following to be true:
On, May 8,2001, Borrower executed a note (the "Note") and Mortgage (the "Mortgage") in the
original principal amount of $142,000.00 in favor of Lender securing an interest in certain real
property more fully described on the Mortgage and more particularly'described as follows:
Lot 21 of the SALT RIVER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, Lincoln CountY, Wyoming, as
declared in the official Plat thereof.
The address is as follows: 888 HILLSIDE LOOP ROAD, THAYNE, WY 83127-0000.

The Mortgage was filed for record, May 16, 2001, as Document No. 873316 in Book 464 Page
594, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. A Modification Agreement affected said
Mortgage recorded March 8, 2002 as Document No. 879553 in Book 848, Page 774, in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
As a result of clerical oversight and administrative error, with respect to the Mortgage, a
Satisfaction of Mortgage was recorded in Book 490 Page 340, in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming.
No consideration for the cancellation of the Mortgage was provided by those obligated on the debt
and because the Satisfaction of Mortgage was executed and recorded in error, it should be given
no force and effect and is hereby declared void.
The parties acknowledge and agree that the Note and Mortgage have been in full force and effect
since their execution and all of the terms therein continue in full force and effect. The parties
further agree that the Mortgage is hereby reinstated as if the Satisfaction of Mortgage was never
been recorded. The Borrower acknowledges, reaffirms and re-grants and conveys to Lender a
security interest in the real property described herein and the power of sale to the Lender as
specifically granted in the Mortgage as if the Satisfaction of Mortgage was never been recorded.
The Borrower agrees that the Mortgage is not impaired in any manner whatsoever as a result of
the aforedescribed erroneous Satisfaction of Mortgage and Borrower further agrees that none of
the provisions of the Note and Mortgage shall be deemed to be altered waived, annulled, varied or
affected in any way by the filing of the Satisfaction and that all terms therein remain in'full force
and effect as if the Satisfaction bad never been recorded.
