Family Trust, dated July 16, 1997, Albert Anthony Nardacci, trustee P.O. Box 3251, Alpine,
~ 83128, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a modgage conve~ng a lien
on ce~ain real estate therein described as security for the pa~cnt o¢ $40,460.00 which moggage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Hx-Officio Register oCDeeds of Li~coln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 5th day of February 2003, in Book tiS11PR of Mortgages, at Page ?23
as document number 887427 and pedaining to the following described real estate in said County,
to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this il day of
2003.
