Trust an inter vivos Trust, created December 14, 1998 Grantors, of Sedgwick County,
and State of Kansas, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD
AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS ($10.00), in had paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO: Mid Plains Pizza, Inc., Seven West
Parkway Blvd., Liberal, KS 67905 the following described real estate, situate in
LINCOLN County and State of WYOMING, to-wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with all improvements thereon and all right, appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-ways, reservations, restrictions and
existing or future oil and gas and/or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise
affecting said lands.
