GENERAL WARRANTY DEED

WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the suni of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath grm~ted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
unto the said Grantee and its successors in such office, as such, and its assigns forever, all of the
following-described property in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:

Said Grantor, for itself and its successors, hereby covenants witl~ the said Grantee and its
successors in suer office, as such that it is lawfully seized of an indefeasible estate in fee simple in
and to said premises; that it has good right and power to convey the same; that they are .flee from all

Grantor warrants the quiet and peaceable possession of said property, and will Warrant and
