Cochran, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of September 13, 2000 made and executed by Gordon W. Jones and Judy E. Jones, Trustees of the Gordon and Judy Jones Family Trust dated December 22,. 1997, as mortgagors to Kirby D. Cochran and Elaine M. Cochran, as mortgagees conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $145,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 15, 2000 in Book 452PR on page 128 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit: SE¼NE¼ of Section 21, T34N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded June 30, 1997 in Book 398PR on page 798 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. Parcel 2 The right of access as provided for in instrument recorded in Book 203PR on page 491 of the records of the LincOln County Clerk. The right of access as provided for in instrument recorded in Book 388PR on 'page 799 of the records of the Lincoln CoUnty Clerk. is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
