valuable consideration in hand Paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, Sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and
described as follows to-wit:
Lot 4 of the Bear Creek Estates, LinColn County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat filed January 26, 1986 as Instrument No. 814655 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
