have made constituted and appointed, and by these ~.pre~nt~
make, constitute and appoint, David Bucholz of 355
Alpine, WY 83128 (My A~torney"), as my true and lawful attorney-
in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead to agree for,
purchase, receive and take real property and personal property,
and accept the seizing and possession of said property
(collectively, the "Property") and all deeds and other assurances
in the law thereof, that are related ~o cergmin real property that
i~ commonly know~ as 355 Pine Ssreet, Alpine, WY 83128, Lincoln
CoLnnty, and that is more particularly described on the e~ahibit
that is annexed hereto.

My Atto!UUey shall have full power and authority to
mortgage, hypoUhe, caSe and otherwise encumber the property upon
such terms and conditions and under such covenants as My Attorney
shall ·deem fit.. My Attorney also 'shall have full power and
authority to sign, seal, execute, deliver and acknowledge such
covenants, indentures, agreements, mortgages, trus~ deeds,
hYlDothecations, closing statements, promissory notes, receipts,
evidences of debt and such other documents and instruments in
writing of every kind and description that are necessary- or
advisable in connection with the Property. Without limiting the
generality of ~he foregoing, My Attorney shall have the right to
execute.the documents necessary (·including, without limitation, a
promissory note, a deed of trust and closing statements) to obtain
a loan (the "Loan") from· CHASE ~L~~ MORTGAGE CORPOP-ATION
secured by the Property.
My Attorney ~hall have full power and authority to do
all acts and things whatsoever necessary or advisable to be done
in connection with the premises, thereby binding me and the
Property as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
do if I personally executed and delivered such documents or
performed such acts. In addition, My Attorney shall, have full
power, and authority to do all acts and things whatsoever necessary
or advisable to be done in order to subject me to the jurisdiction
of Utah state courts in connection with any legal proceedings
relating in any way to the Loan.
All persons dealing with My Attorney, or his/her
substitute(s) in writing appointed by me, .may rely on a
photostatic, electrostatic or other similarly produced copy hereof
and on a similarly produced copy of such appointment of his/her
substitute(s), if. any, without requiring the production of the
original instrument.

The rights, powers and authcrities granted herein shall
commence and shall be in full force and effect as of the date
hereof and shall not be limited by any period of disability or
incapacity affecting me, as the principal. ~%y action taken in
good faith pursuant 'to the foregoing authority without actual
knowledge of my death shall ~e binding upon me, my heirs, my
assigns and my.personal representatives.
Unless sooner revoked, Chis Power of Attorney-shall
expire September 30, 2003.
