KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that BETTY JO. MALLIOT BERG;"i'I~
Wilson Avenue, Grover, Weld County, Colorado, as Executor of the Estate of William
JosePh Malliot, deceased, of Park County, Wyoming, GRANTOR, for and in
conSideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid by BRENDA LEE MALLIOT, 2863 West 4975
South, Roy, Utah, GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and forever quitclaimed and by these
presents does for the Estate of William Joseph Malliot and his heirs, beneficiaries,
personal representatives, trustees, successors and assigns, remise, release and forever
quitclaim unto BRENDA LEE MALLIOT, and her heirs and assigns, forever, all such
right, title, interest, prope~y, possession, claim and demand of William Joseph Malliot at
the time of his death, as he might have or ought to'have and all such right, title, interest,
prope~y, possession, claim and demand that said Estate may have subsequently
acquired by operation of law or othe~ise and all such right, title, interest, prope~y,
possession, claim and demand that said Executor may have acquired in or to all the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lot 8 Unit B Commissa~ Ranch
A tract of land ocated in the Southwest Qua~er (SW~) of Section 25,
Township 24 No~h, Range 116 West of the Si~h Principal Meridian,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more pa,icularly described as follow:
Beginning at the West qua~er corner of said Section 25, thence No~h
89°57'35'' East, along the mid-section line a distance of 653.50 feet;
thence South 01°23'26" West, 672.62 feet; thence No~h 89007'49" West,
653.15 feet to a point on the West line of Section 25; thence Nodh
01°22'24" East along the West line of Section 25 a distance of 663.25 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 10.009 acres more or less, together
with all improvements and appu~enances thereon.
Subject, however, to all restrictions, rese~ations, easements and rights-
of-way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by vi~ue of the homestead
exemption laws of the state of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto BRENDA LEE MALLIOT, and
her heirs and assigns to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither the

his heirs, beneficiaries, personal representatives, trustees, successors and assigns

shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part
thereof, but the Estate of William Joseph Malliot and everyone of them shall by these
presents be excluded and forever barred.
