CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to ROBERT C. GRUTZMACHER and JIMMIE MALTBY GRUTZMACHER,
husband and wife, as Trustees of the Grutzmacher Family Trust dated September
9, 2003, Grantees of Mendon, Utah, for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good
and valuable consideration, the following described tract of land in Lincoln
County, Wyoming; hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of said state:

Ail of those portions of Lots 8 and 9 of Section 1, T21N, Rll6W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying and being situate westerly of the
centerline of the Fox Farm County Road No. 12-327 of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County;
EXCEPTING therefrom Tract B, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an intersection of the north line'of said Lot 9 with
said centerline, N89°- 46'-27"W, 448.18 feet, from the northeast
corner of said Lot 9, found as described in that corner record
filed in said Office; thence S18°-33'39"E, 384.27 feet along said
centerline to a point; thence N89°046'27,W, 584.57 feet parallel
with said north line to a point; thence North, 363.80 feet to a
point on said north line; thence continuing North, 436.20 feet to
a point; thence S89°-46'27"E, 174.84 feet parallel With said north
line to a point; thence South, 346.87 feet to a point;
thence S85°-59'08"E, 263.89 feet to a point on said centerline;
thence S18°-33'-=39"E, 75.94 feet along said centerline to the
INTERSECTION OF BEGINNING; each "point" marked by a 5/8" x
24"steel reinforcing rod with aluminum cap inscribed "SURVEYOR
SCHERBEL LTD BIG PINEY, WY PLS164" and appropriate details;
