described, does hereby transfer, assign, set over and convey all right, title and interest in
and to said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee by

And appears recorded in Book 531 of mortgages, beginning on Page757 , in
the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming, and which covers
property described as follows:

The land referred to in this commitment is situated in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln, and is
deacribed as follows:
Part of the NE~SW~ of Section 29 of T37N RllSW of the 6th P.M.,.Lincoln
County, Wyoming, it being the intent to redes~ribe those tracts of
~ record in the~Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 92PR on page
76 and in Book 134PR on page 537, being more particularly described as

BEGINNING at a point N 62~46' E, 128.6 feet from a monument inscribed
"2371+92.00 100 LT" on the northerly right-of-way line of State Highway
Bg,' N 58054, E, 2052.30 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 5 of said
Section 29;
thence N 26048' W, 315.42 feet along the East line of that tract of
land described in Quitclaim Deed recorded September 6, 1984 in
Book 218PR on page 217 of records of Lincoln County Clerk, to
a point on the Southerly line of Three Rivers Spur of the
Palisades Heights Subdivision of record in the said Office as
Plat No. 249;
thence N 67°39' E, 127.00 feet along the said line to a point:
thence S 61°58' E, 95.88 feet alon~ the West line of that tract of
record in the said Office in Book 131PR on page 232 to a point;
thence S 37~52' E, 228.00 feet alon~ the said West line to a point
within the bounds of State Highway 89;
