McGinnis as trustee of THE AARON H. McGINNIS REVOCABLE TRUST, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED SEPTEMBER 3, 1999, the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and valuable consideration, to the Grantor in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, sign and deliver, without warranty, unto Caroline B. McGhmis, not individually, but as trustee of THE NONEXEMPT MARITAL TRUST established pursuant to the Aaron H. McGi~mis Revocable Trust, as Amended and Restated September 3, 1999, whose address is Fontenelle Creek Road//314, Kelmnerer, Wyoming 83101, the Grantee, ail of said Grantor's mineral interest as identified below as to each parcel in and to all minerals and all mineral rights of every kind and character known to exist or hereafter discovered, including, without lhniting the generality of the foregoing, coal, oil and gas, and rights thereto, in, under or upon the following described real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of said State, to-wit: All interests of Grantor in the mineral estate in the following described property, to-wit: 20 % of 16.67 % interest in a mineral lease with Exxon Mobil Corporation on property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follo'ws: Township 26 North, Range County, Wyoming: Resurvey Lots 41 and 42. 113 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln 10% interest in mineral deed with Exxon Mobil Corporation on property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows' .. Township 29 North, Range 111 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming: The whole of Lots 44 and 45 in 'Section 25 and 27, Lot 5 in Section 27, and Lots 8 and 9 in Section 26. Also a parcel of land within Lots 46 and 47 and more particularly described as: Township 26 North, Range 113 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming: Beginning at Corner No. 3 of said Lot 47, thence North 0027. West, 20.256 chains to a point, thence North 89o41' West, 20.218 chains to a point on the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 46 of said Township and Range, thence North 89039.
