KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Caroline B. McGinnis, not
individually, but as successor trustee to Aaron H. McGinnis as trustee of THE AARON
H. McGINNIS REVOCABLE TRUST, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED
SEPTEMBER 3, 1999, the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) lawful money of the United States of America, and other good and
valuable consideration, to the Grantor in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer, sign and deliver, without
warranty, unto Caroline B. McGinnis, not individually, but as trustee of THE
NONEXEMPT MARITAL TRUST established pursuant to the Aaron H. McGinnis
Revocable Trust, as Amended and Restated September 3, 1999, whose address is
Fontenelle Creek Road //314, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the Grantee, all of said
Grantor's mineral interest as identified below as to each parcel in and to all minerals and
all mineral rights of every kind and character knoWn to exist or hereafter discovered,
including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, coal, oil and gas, and rights
thereto, in, under or upon the following described real property situated in Lincoln
CoUnty, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laWs of said State, to-wit:
All interests of Grantor in the mineral estate in the following described
property, to-wit:
Four percent (4%) interest in mineral deed, including oil and gas,
with XTO Energy, Inc. on property located in Lincoln County,
Wyonfing, more particularly described as follows:
Township 26 North, Range 112 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming:
Section 7: That part of the E1/2S1/2 lying East of U.S.
Hwy. 189
Section 8: Lots 8, 9, 10; SW1/4SW1/4
Section 17: Lots 2, 3, 4; NWl/4, N1/2S1/2
Section 18: That part of the E1/2NE1/4, NE1/4SE14 lying

with XTO Energy Inc. on property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Section 7: SW1/4SE1/2, SE1/4SWl/4, and that part of the
E1/2SE1/2 lying West of Hwy. 287.

the E1/2E1/2 lying West of Hwy. 287.
