Box 1143, Afton, WY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving alt rights under and by virtue or' the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of the SW~ANE~A of Section 21, T32N Ri19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West right of way line of State Highway 238, N 27023' W, 2936.95 feet from the Southeast corner of said Section 21; thence N 89046' W, 416.69 feet perpendicular to the said right ol' way to a point; thence N 0°14' E, 115.0 feet parallel to said right of way to a point; thence S 89046' E, 416.69 feet peq3endicular to said right of way line to a point on said right of way line; thence S 0°14, W, the base bearing for this survey, 115.0 feet along said right of way to the point of beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
