DECREE
The above-captioned matter came on regularly for hearing this 21st day of August,
2003, pursuant to the Notice of Publication and Application filed herein and there being no
objections filed or appearances made in opposition to said Application, the Court finds as
follows:
1. Louise L. Kusaba died testate on May 31, 2003, being then a resident of Salt
Lake County, Utah, and leaving estate in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
2. The value of the entire estate of decedent; wherever located, less liens and
encumbrances, as of the date of her death did not exceed $150,000.00.
3. Thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent. '
4. No application for appointment of a personal representative is pending or has
been granted in any jurisdiction.
5. At the time of her death, the decedent owned the following described real
property:
Lot number Eight (8) of Block number Two (2) of the Sunset Subdivision to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and
recorded, together with all improvements and' appurtenances thereto.
The decedent left surviving her the following distributees of real property:

who are the only persons and beneficiaries entitled to the distribution of the above-
described real property and there are no other heirs, beneficiaries or distributees of
decedent or his estate having the right to succeed to said real property under probate
procedures.
7: A sworn report of appraisal, made by David A. Fagnant, a person having no
legal interest in the estate, showing the value of all interests owned by the decedent in the
above-described real property is on file .With this Court:
8. Notice 'of this application was published in the Kemmerer Gazette, a
newspaper of general circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, for two (2) consecutive
weeks, commencing on August 7, 2003, and an Affidavit of PublicatiOn is on file with this
Court.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1' The right and title to decedent's interest in the following real' property:

Lot number Eight (8) of Block number Two (2) of the Sunset Subdivision to
the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and
recorded, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereto
is hereby established in Steve A. Kusaba, Roy T. Kusaba, Robert Lake and Shepherd of
the Valley Lutheran Church, an undivided one-fourth (1/4) each.
2. A certified copy of this Decree shall be recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk and thereafter the Decree and record thereof shall be presumptive evidence
of title to the property herein described.
3. These proceedings are hereby terminated and the estate closed.
