other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Kelly J. McGrath and Ruth J. McGrath
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing address is 2220 Hwy 70 SE Suite 335,
Hickory, NC 28602, the following described real estate situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State to-wit:
I,ot 27 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 13, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
