consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to MARSHA

T34N, Rl lSW, in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the Plat of the Townsite of
Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-
way of record.
