KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Roderick J. ~toKer, ane ~mmee
Stoker, husband and wife, of 10 East' Avon Road, Parkside, Pennsylvania 19015, in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto LaRon L. Stoker and
Saithong Ruangsri, husband and wife, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing
address: 419 Dana Street, Thayne, WY 83127) grantees, as tenants by the entireties, all
right, title, interest, prope~y, possession, claim and demand in or to all the following described
premises, to-wit:
A parcel of land located in the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 24, Township 34
North, Range 119 West of the 6th P:M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point which is the Northwest Corner of the SW1/4 of
Section 24, Township 34 N, Range 119 West and running thence East 34
rods; thence South 9-1/2 rods; thence West 34 rods; thence North 9-1/2
rods to the point of beginning.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights-of-way or record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
