Wade. and Julie Wade, husband and wife, ("Grantor"), tbr a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowl edged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of Alton and Jackson, Wyoming and to' its successors and assigns, ( Grantees ), a peq~etual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grautee to be constructed and maintained under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to wit: BEING a portion of Lot 39, River View RanchettesC'S~ubdivision, Section 35, T34N, RiI9W, 6t" P.M., Lincoln County, Wyonling more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point being:the NE coruer of said Lot 39; Thence S 25° W, 124 feet to a junction vault and true point of beginning; Thence S 69° W, 40 feet; Thence S 72° W, 53 feet; Thence S 82° W, 48 feet to a translbrmer location. Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the locatica and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, sln-ubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor aclamwqedges that Electric and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occurring in the distribution ofeloctricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testing and information is available upon request frmn the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other faciliti es, installed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
