FOURNIER, as Sole Owner Ponderosa Loop, HR 65, Jackson, Td-Y 83001 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the gramor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, gram, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 70 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 5, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
