KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE· PRESENTs, that Lynda L. Frome, Grantor, whose
address is PO Box 891 Afton, WY 83110, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to John W. Frome, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 173 Alton, WY 83110 the followin9 described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit;
Those parcels of property located in Lincoln County Wyoming more fully
described as follows:
Parcel 1: That parcel of property as more fully described on exhibit A, a copy
of which is attached hereto marked exhibit A and by this reference made a
part hereof.'
Parcel 2: 'That parcel of property as more fully described on exhibit B, a copy
of which is attached hereto marked exhibit B and by this reference made a
part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.

identified with a Brass cap on a steel pipe, and the beginning point being the
North Quarter Corner of Section 6, T 32. N, R 118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming,
to be marked with;a~steel peg 1"' in diameter and running thence from the
beginning point as described above, S 89°45' W, 198 feet, thence S 0005' E,
800.25 feet, thenceN 89045' E, 198 feet, thence N 0005' W, 800. Z5 feet
back to the point of beginning.
Together with improvements located thereon and all water rights and oil,
