KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That David R. Spurlock and Marcia A.
Spurlock, husband and wife., of 1145 'Bluebird Drive, Munster, IN 46321, grantors, in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
'consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto F. Michael
Kibble and Carla S. Kibbie, husband and wife, as tenants bY the entireties, of 1111 South
3200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, grantees, all such right, title, interest propeAy,
possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4 of Section 10 and that part of the NE1/4 of Section 15,
T36N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly
describe those tracts of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in
Book 386 PR, page 711 and Book 398 PR, page 181, as more particularly
described on the attached "Description for F. Michael Kibbie and Carla S.
Kibbie - Kibbie Tract".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
