QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That F. Michael Kibble and Carla S.
Kibble, husband and wife, of 1111 South 3200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, 9rantors,
in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto David R.
Spurlock and,Marcia A. Spurlock, husband and wife, as tenants by the'entireties, of 1145
Bluebird Drive, Munster, IN 46321, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in Or to all the following
described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of Section 10 and that part of Section 15, T36N, R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 484 PR, page 878,
and part of that tract of record in said Office i.n Book 386 PR, page 711', as
more particularly described on the attached "Description for David R.
Spurlock and Marcia Al Spurlock - Spurlock Tract - Revised".
