Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe part of that tract of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 333 PR, page 561 ,as
more particularly described on the attached "Description for Terrence L.

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

the intent to more correctly describe part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 333 of Photostatic Records on page 561, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said NE'/,;
thence S89°-29'-07"W, 1309.15 feet, along the south line of said' NE¼ to an AVl
monument on the east line of the Broken Wheel Ranch Subdivision of record in said
Office as Plat N°. 117;
thence N00°-05'-13"W, 1336.80 feet, along the east line of said Subdivision, to the
northeast comer thereof;
thence N00°-36'-01"E, 1237.53'feet, to a point;
thence S89°-59'-39"E, 1282.73 feet, to the northwest comer of Section 14, T36N R119W,
on the east line of the NE¼ of said Section 15;
thence S00°-21'-04"E, 2562.42 feet, along said east line, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 76.64 acres, more or less;
