AND DEBRA H. ERICKSON FAMILY TRUST, dated Oct°ber 1,2003, DORAN J. ERICKSON AND DEBRA H. ERICKSON Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Beginning 75 feet West of:the Southeast corner of the NW¼, thence West 1905 feet, thence North 52 rods, thence West 40 rods, thence North 1.5 rods, thence East 40 rods, thence North 4.5 rods, thence East 1905 feet, thence South 58 rods, more or less, to the point of beginning ~__ 18 31N 118 W 6th P.M. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
