Preston Ranches, Inc. has conveyed five (5) acres of the land owned by said. Corporation to Marsha Preston McKim, said five (5) acre parcel having been selected by Marsha Preston McKim. Said conveyance was by a Warranty Deed from Preston Ranches, Inc. to Marsha Preston McKim, dated the 24th day of September, 2003, which was recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyonfing land records On September 26, 2003, in Book 536 PR at Page319 as histrument No. 893872.
