hereby provides notice that one of the requirements of ParagraPh 6 of the Agreement to Purchase
Shares of Stock in Preston Ranches, Inc. entered into by and between Marsha Preston McKim,
Roger L. Preston, and Preston Ranches, Inc. on the 13th day of June, 2003, notice of which was
provided in the Notice of Obligations Concerning Real Property dated the 24th day of
September, 2003, which was recorded in the Lincoln County, Wyoming land records on
September 26, 2003, in Book 536 PR at Pages 315 through 318 as Instrument No. 893871, has
been satisfied. Preston Ranches, Inc. has conveyed five (5) acres of the land owned by said.
Corporation to Marsha Preston McKim, said five (5) acre parcel having been selected by Marsha
Preston McKim. Said conveyance was by a Warranty Deed from Preston Ranches, Inc. to
Marsha Preston McKim, dated the 24th day of September, 2003, which was recorded in the
Lincoln County, Wyonfing land records On September 26, 2003, in Book 536 PR at Page319 as
histrument No. 893872. A copy of the Warranty Deed is attached hereto.

real estate situated in Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 3 of the Bedford Townsite, witlfin the SE1/4 of Section 29,
T34N, R118W, in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the Plat of the Townsite of
Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, filed in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and rights-of-
way of record.
