KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GROVER B. McMURDO, a
single person, of Aflon,. Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in consideration of Ten (10)
Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to: CARY LYNN McMURDO and
APRIL P. McMURDO,.Husband and Wife, as tenants by entireties, Grantee(s), of Afion,
Wyoming, the following described Real Estate, situated in Lin'coin County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the Southeast Quarter, Northwest Quarter (SE1/4NW1/4)
of SeCtion 7, T31N, R118W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, lying East of U.S.
Highway FAP Route 10-3, Route 89, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 400 feet due North of the South corner mark; thence
West 150 feet; thence North 300 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence South 300 feet
to the point of beginning, comprising an area containing one (1) acre, more or less,
together with all water rights and improvements thereunto belonging.
Including a Right-of-Way to be shared and used jointly by both tracts, traversing
said property, upon existing roadway~
COMMENCING at a point approximately 303.73 feet in a Southeasterly
(S35°55'E) direction along U.S. Highway 89 arc from a concrete monument
marker (being a U.S. Highway Right-of-Way marker) identified as T.S. Sta. 617 +
64.88 of said highway; thence N74°04'18"E, 472 feet; thence Southerly to a point
60 feet East of the Northwest comer of the aforesaid excepted tract. Said Right-
of-Way to extend 60 feet to the South and West of aforesaid Right-of-Way line.
GRANTOR quitclaim a one-half (1/2) interest in the water well and access to the
same to the Grantees; whereby both Parties acknowledge one-half (1/2) ownership
and access to said water well.
