P.O. Box 826, Town ~f Thayne, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantors owners
of land described as the nodheast qua~er of the south~st quarter of Section 7 of T34N
R118W of the 6'th P.M. in the County of Lincol~ Smtc of Wyoming, in consideration of
one dollar ($1.00) and Other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby ~ant, bargain, sdl and convey to CHILES D~A and
ELATE D~A, husband and wife of 492 Main Street, P.O. Box 297, Town of Thayne,
County of Lincoln, S~te of Wyoming, Grantees and their heirs and assi~s, the
following:
An easement for the sole purpose of maintaining, reconstructing, replacing,
removing and using a road, including applianc~ and fixtures for usc and in connection
with such road, along and in all of the hereafter d~cribcd land to-wit:
A strip of land forty feet wide, 1360 feet long going in an east west direction on
the southern boundary of the nodh~st qua~er of th~ southeast quader of Section
7 of T34N, R118W of the 6'th P.M. in the Coun~ of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
W~REAS, the Grantors and Grantees arc adjacent land owners and this
easement shall run with thc land and shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of thc
parties hereto, their heirs, succ~sors, or assi~s.
SCOTT A. TITENSOR and C~OL~ E. TITENSOR, husband and wife of the
above described Grantors, hereby release, waive and give up all rights of homestead in
the above described easement.
