To-wit:--
That part of N¼SW¼ Section 4, T24N, RI 19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, original survey, of
record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 160 of Photostatic Records on page
82, described as follows:'"Begimling at a point 1320 feet north of the southwest corner of
Sectiou 4, Township 24 North, Range 119 West of the 6~h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
tutoring thence north 830 feet, more or less, to the south side of the County Road up Smith's
Fork;' thence easterly along the south side of saitl County Road following its meanderings across
the north half of the southwest quarter of said Section 4 to the east line Of said southwest quarter
of Section 4; thence south 740 feet; and thence west 2553 feet, more or less, to the place of
beginning."
it is noted that there was an independent resurvey of said township in 1907 which designated the
"north half of the southwest quarter" as part of Tract No. 93;
further that a retracement survey of part of Section 4 in 1989 remonumented the south corners of
said Tract No. 93;
further, the State of Wymning - Department of Transportation preempted the Smith's Fork
County Road and designated it as Project S-82 (1), State Highway 232;
tile following then is a more accurate description of the land in view of the changing
circumstances tltrough the years:

lying and being situate southerly of the southerly right-of-way line of State Highway 232 and
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at Corner No. 6 of Tract No. 91ofT24N, RI 19W;
thence N89°-34'W, 2645.73 feet, (2645.28 feet, BLM Record) along the south line of said Tract
No. 93 to Corner No. 3;
thence N00°-26'E, (BLM Record) 780.70 feet along the west line of said Tract No. 93 to a point
on the south right-of-way line of said State Highway 232;
thence coursing said right-of-way line as follows:

S59°-41 '-50"E, (S59°-28'E WDOT) 677.42 feet to Station PC 54+46.2, 75' RT;
S30°-18'-20"W, 25.06 feet to Station PC 54+46.2, 100' RT;
Easterly, 984.76 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the left through a central angle of
36°-49' 13" with radius of 1532.39 feet to a point on the east line of said NV2SW'A, original
survey, aud leave said right-of-way line;
thence S00°-24'- 16"E, 620.54 feet along said east line to the CORNER OF BEGINNING
ENCOMPASSING an area of 57.20 acres, more or less.
each corner found as described in the Comer Record filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County;
each point marked by a 5/8x24 ins. steel reinforcing rod with aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL, LTD. PLS 164 BIG PINEY WY 2001" and appropriate details;
the monuments along the Highway right-of-way line are 6x6 ins. concrete posts with brass
marker inscribed, "STATE HIGHWAY DEPT R.O.W. MARKER".
SUBJECT to easements for electrical power lines and for the Covey Canal and Mau Ditch;
All in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in said Office titled, "PLAT OF SURVEY
