That I am a joint Trustee named in the Sterling R. Johnson Living Trust dated August 28, 1965. 2. That on April 29, 1977 in Book 135PR on page 578 of records of Lincoln County Clerk was recorded a Quitclaim Deed from Margie D. Johnson and Zions First National Bank as Trustees to Margie D. Johnson and Preston Wursten in Trustees as Joint Tenants conveying the following described land: See attached Exhibit A for Legal Description. 3. The Quitclaim Deed conveying tile property to the trust was not properly defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the date of the Trust was not shown and the name of the trust was not listed. The date of the Trust is August 28, 1965. The name of the trust is Sterling R. Johnson Living Trust. Affiant is lawfully serving in capacity' of successor trustee. Dated this day of October, 2003.
