KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Tntst, a
corporation, of the Connty of Teton, and State of Wyomh~g, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing dale the 1~'t day of October, 2002, made and executed by Daniel M. Hesse, as Trustee of the D Lazy
D Trust, dated April 15th 1999, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $195,000.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in tile office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 3~a day of October, 2002, in Book 500 of Mortgages, at page 669, and
mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
