P.M., Lincoln COunty, Wyoming. That the SUbdivision of this property is with my free consent and desires. That the Name of the Subdivision shall be P?~acksaddle Subdivision Second Filing, the metes and bounds being more particularly described ~s foll~)~,~-i BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Alden N. Brewer PLS 526, 1971 location for the Southwest Corner of said N1/2NE1/4; thence N1"03'41"E, along the West line of said N1/2NE1/4, 482.73 feet to an AluminUm Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S81°41'51"E 659.06 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence N44°24'10"E 819.72 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking the North corner of said Lot 2; thence Southerly, to Aluminum Caps on Iron Pipe, the following: S23°22'47"W 154.46, S16°05'01"W 195.19 and S0°E 852.95 to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a point in the South line of said N1/2NE1/4; thence N89°02'13"VV, along said South line 1,119.45, to the Point of Beginning, consisting of Lot 3, containing 17.004 Acres of land.
