LINFORD AND LARK A. LINFORD, Husband and Wife; dba SWIFT CREEK ICE, grantees, whose address is 1263 Allred Road, Afton, WY 83110 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A portion or Lot 3 of Block 30 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point 4 rods East of the Northwest Corner of said Lot 3; thence South 8 rods; thence East 7 rods; thence North 8 rods; thence West 7 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
