WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that RANDALL ~. PEI~Y and
CAROL DEE PERRY, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, of 777 Highway 237, Alton,
Wyoming 83110, Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to DICKSON L. WHITNEY, a single man, 6f 6919 SE Harbour Circle, Stuart,
Florida 34996, Grantee, and his heirs and assigns, property located in Grover, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting therefrom, however, those lands that were
described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded March 7, 1990, in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming land records in Book 283PR at Page 589 as Instrument No. 714485.
Said property comprising approximately 30 acres, more or less.
Together with improvements thereon.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements, and
rights-of-way of' record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
