CORPO~TION DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this /~'day o~ November, 2001, between
ROBISON DIST~BUT~G, ~C., a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws
of the Sta~e o~ Idaho, and having its Principal office at 3~0 College Ave., in Idaho Falls,
Idaho, "G~NTOR', and MAU~CE L. ROBISON~and LOLA ROBISON, husban~ and
w~e, o~ 3~6~ Owen, Ammon, Idaho, "G~NTEES.
WITNESSETH:
That Grantor having been hereunto duly authorized by resolution of its Board
of Directors, ~or and in consideration o~ the sum o~ Ten and No/100ths Dollars ($10.00),
lawfill money of the United States o~ America, and other good lawful money o~ the United
States of America, and other good and valuable consideration, to it in hand paid by Grantee,
the receipt where, o~ is hereby acknowledged, has granted, ~argained and sold, and by these
presents does gran.t, bargain~ sell, convey and confirm unto Grantee, and to his ~heir~ and
a~signs, ~brever, aH the following described real estate, situated in Bonneville County, State
oF Idaho, to-wit:

TOGETHER with ail improvements, easemm~ts and
appm~enances thereto and subject to such rights and ~zoning
regulations, restrictions~ easmnents and covenants as appear of
record or by use upon the premises.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appm~aining, and the reversion and
reverMons, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and M1 estate right,
title m~d interest in and to the said property, as well in law as in equity, o~ Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular, the above-mentioned and
described premises, together with the appurtenances, unto Grantee, and to his h&rs and
assigns, tbrever. And the Grantor and its successors, shall and will warrant and by these
presqnts ~orever de~end the said premises in fl~e quiet and peaceable possession o~ the
Grantee, its successors and assigns against Grantor, and its successors and against all and
every p~rson and persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same, shall and will
