GAIL D. BURTON and EILEEN W. BURTON, husband and wife,
Grantors, of 1385 North 1400 West, Provo, Utah 8460'1, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to EUGENE D. ROBERTS,
individually, Grantee, whose address is P.O. Box 26867, Salt Lake
City, Utah 84126, the following described real estate, situate
in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
The Southwest Quarter (SW¼) of Section 24, T35N, R119W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
TOGETHER WITH all improvements thereon; all ditch and
ditch rights, water and water rights, reservoir and
reservoir rights of every kind and nature appurtenant
to or in anywise belonging to said real property, or
any part or portion thereof; and together with all
other easements, rights-of-way, and rights and
appurtenances of every kind and nature appurtenant to
or in any wise belonging to said real property, or any
part or portion thereof.
SUBJECT TO all easements, rights-of-way, reservations
and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting
said property.
