Clark and Heidi Clark, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien.on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $25,900.71 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 21st day of September 2000, in Book #452PR of Mortgages, at Page 531 as document number 868512 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE." The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees d© hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
