a corporation organized and existing Under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Wyoming and .having its principal place of business in the
County of Lincoln, the GRANTOR, and
JANIS B.
NATHAN R. CAMJPBELL AND~;E CAMPBELL,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 706, Afton, WY 83110
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these
presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract,
lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as
follows to-wit:
That part of the SW~4SE~ of Section 23, T34N Rll9W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being also part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
recorded in Book 308PR on page 601 lying and being situate southerly on the southern
most limits of the Town of Thayne (being southerly of the south line of ttmt tract of
record in said office recorded in Book 97PR on page 202) and the easterly right of Way
of U, S, Highway 89; and excepting therefrom that tract of record in said office recorded
in Book 22PR on page 35.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Exhibit A attached Hereto.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly authorized
officer, the day and year first above written.

On this 13__ day of OCtober, 2003 before me personally appeared Nelson JaCk Hemmed to me
personally known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the President of Salt River Hereford
Ranch and that said instnnnent was signed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its BOard of
Directors and said President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.

A Portion of the SW~SEVi of Section 23, T34N Rll9W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County
Wyoming, more particularly described as followS:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe, marking a point in the Easterly line of Highway U.S. 89, said
point being located N 86°06'52" W, 94.08 feet from the Southeast comer of said swtSE~, ga±d
point also lying on the arc of a curve of said Highway having a radius of 5804.578 feet, and
running thence along the arc of said curve 19.59 feet through a central angle of 0° 1 l'36" (the
Long Chord of said curve bearing N 17035'58'' West, a distance of 19.59 feet) to a concrete
monument with a brass cap marking the narrowing of said Highway right of way; .
thence S 88°1.5'06'' W, along said right of way 15.50 feet to a concrete monument with .
a brass cap, marking the beginning of a curve in said Highway righ~ ~f way,
having a radius 5789.578 feet;
thence along last said curve through a central angle of 2°02'54'' an arc distance of
206.978 feet. (the Long Chord of said curve bearing North 17°a2'14'' W, a
distance of 206.976 feet) to an iron pipe;
thence leaving .said Highway and running radially thereto N 71°13'51'' E, 158.01. l%et
to an iron pipe marking the westerly line of the old Thayne to Afton road, 60 feet
wide;
thence southerly and westerly along last said road fight of way the following courses and
distances to the point of beginning:
South 7°40'06" East, 158.19 feet;
