in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Elma Bae Newman and Debra Newman

The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and
forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executorS and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
ELMA BAE NEWMAN AND DEBRA NEWMAN,
As Joint Tenants
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought
to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Part of Section 23, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyonfing being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 20 rods south from the Northwest comer of the NE ¼ SE tA of said Section 23; and,
running thence West, 14 rods;
thence South, 20 rods;
thence East, 46 rods;
thence North, 20 rods;
thence West, 32 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at a point 20 rods South and 14 rods West from the Northwest comer
of the NE¼SEaA of said Section 23;
and, running thence South, 50 feet;
thence East', 287 feet;
thence North, 50 feet:
thence West, 287 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Elma Bae Newman and Debra Newman
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither I nor any other person in my name
or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone
of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
