benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following pu¢oses and under the following
conditions:

Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a tlu:eat of
damage to the utilities.
Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
A 25 foot wide utility easement on the following described centerline. Starting at
the North West Comer of Said Section 6 T33N R118W and framing South 80° 13'55"
East 1339.25 feet to true point of beginning. Thence, North 75° 13'47" East 41.23 feet;
Thence South 83° 1 '42" East 125.13 feet; Thence South 78° 6' 13" East 223.29 feet;
Thence South 70° 56'25" East 100.32 feet; Thence South 69° 10'21" East 70.80 feet;
Thence South 61° 31'17" East 407.74 feet; Thence South 70° 6'0" East 55.75 feet;
Thence South 43° 7'49" East 457.10 feet to end point.

3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
