This easement shall be for the pm-pose of the now existing telecommunications cable and to operate, maintain, thereon the underground telecommunication line. This easement is for the existing line only no cable will be added through this easement. When the cable needs replacing the new cable will be placed in the road Right of Way. The Easement will then be abandon. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following described property: Starting at the North East comer of SE ¼ SW ¼ OF SAD SECTION 7 Township 33N Range 118 West and running South 18° 13'32" West 605.99 feet to point of beginning, thence South 9° 51'4Y' East 12.02 feet; thence South 86°5'48" East 52.68 feet; thence South 79°15'21" East 129.85 feet being final point as shown on" Exhibit A". 3. Binding.Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
