That she makes this affidavit as her recorded statement, duly verified, pursuant to the provisions of W.S. 34-2-123 and in connection with the following described real propertY located in Lincoln County, Wyoming: Real property described on Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference'. 2. That the names of the grantees in that Quit Claim Deed dated August 31 1988, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February 16, 1989, in Book 270 PR, page 609, conveying the above-described real property is hereby stated to be as follows: L. D. Kennington and Clydia Lamoine Kennington, Trustees of the L. D. Kennington and Lamoine Kennington Revocable Trust dated August 3, 1988. 85299. That her name and address are Marilyn K. Rainey, PO Box 197, Gilbert, AZ 4. That she is the daughter of Clydia Lamoine Kennington and L. D. Kennington and a beneficiary of the trust referred to, that Clydia Lamoine Kennington became deceased on August 27, 1996, and L. D. Kennington became deceased on August 21, 2003, that upon the death of L. D. Kennington she became the successor trustee of the L. D. Kennington and Lamoine Kennington Revocable Trust dated August 3, 1988. 5. That as of August 21, 2003, the date of death of L. D. Kennington, Marilyn K. Rainey became the sole Trustee of the L. D. Kennington and Lamoine Kennington 1 Revocable Trust dated August 3, 1988, including its ownership of the real property described in paragraph 1above, and that she is currently lawfully serving in that capacity. 6.
