KNOW XLL MEN BY THESE PPd~SENTS, that The Bank of Star
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of'December 20,
2002, made and executed by Lance W. Bateman and Becky Dannett Bateman, Husband and
Wife, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment
of $180,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 31at day of December 2002, in
Book 508PR of Mortgages, at Page 472 as document number 886630 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL PROPERTY DESCIRBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
