GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to PETER B. KARNS, a single man, JENNIFER K. MENOLASCINO, a
married woman as her sole and separate property, and LEIDY K. HAGEN, a married
woman as her sole and separate property, all as tenants in common, c/o Peter B. Karns, P.O.
Box 391, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEES, the folloWing-described property situated
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lots 401 and 402 River View Meadows Shopping Center, an addition to the
Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to Plat No. 264F filed
October 13, 1994 with the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any
rights of grantor to ~ninerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements
of sight or record.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery of this instrument effective as of the 15th
day of October, 2003.
