releasing and waiving all rights under and bY virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

described on the official plat No. 336-B filed October 10, 2003 as Instrument No.
894320 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT TO the following covenant: The land can not be divided into more that two
(2) separate tracts.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
