That WE, the undersigned., David R. Spurlock and Marcia A. Spurlock, husband and wife a~;
tenants by the entireties, ("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowleAged, do hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy,
a Cooperative Corporation, of Alton and Iackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns,
("Grantees"), a perpetual ~:~asement and right of way for the construction and continued
maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and
equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and: maintained under, upon and across the premises
of Grantor in LINCOLN County, State of WYOMING along a line described as follows, to
wit:
BEING part of the Trail Ridge Subdivision Lot 57. Section 10, T36N, Rll9W, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyomiag, more accurately described as follows:
BEGINNING at the portion of Lot 57 t~hat meets the southwest corner of Lot 52;
Thence S 30° W, 297 feet to a transformer location;
Thence south 25 feet to a' meter location.
Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessat3, and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refll
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remow: tre,:s,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions interfering with the repair and' maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally
occurring in the distributi~m of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that EMF testi~g
and information is available upon request ~om the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wir:s
and other facilities, install ed on the above-described lands at the Grantee's expense shall rem ain [ ~e
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and w:.6ve all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
