man, ROBERT J. GORDEN and EVELYN ANN GORDON, Trustees of the ROBERT J.
GORDEN and EVELYN ANN GORDON TRUST dated June 15, 1993, JOHN PERT
ROBINSON III, a married man, as his sole and separate property, HANNAH R. KNOWLTON,
f.k.a HANNAH R. HYDE, f.k.a. HANNA C. ROBINSON, a married woman, as her sole and
separate property; JUDITH A. ROBINSON, a married woman, as her sole and separate property;
LAEL L. ALLRED and CHRISTINA K. ALLRED, husband and wife; and BILL R. KELLEY
and JEAN B. KELLEY, husband and wife; Grantees, their heirs, successors and assigns, a 60
foot wide perpetual right-of-way easement on the following described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for the following purposes:
1. Description of the Easement. The center line of the easement is more particularly
described in Exhibit A.
2. Purpose of the Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose ofpr°viding a

3. Binding Effect.. The terms and conditions of his easement shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns o£ tile parties nmned in

4. Waiver of Homestead Rights.

To Whom It May Concern,
Attached are the signatures for the easement correction 5 needed to complete our subdivision. Carl Dec as you will
see as per the attached email correspondence, is out of the country in Thailand, and is unable to notarize any
documents, but will do it as soon as he returns. Also the Judge's decided to not sign the new easement, and keep
the old easement in force. As they are not a part to this subdivision, and their land is not bordering any
subdivision land. This, I am told by Mr. Luthi and Scott White from Lloyd Baker's, should not effect this easement
correction.

BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike marking a Point in the West line of said

line from the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698,
1979 location for the Northwest Corner of said Section 2; thence S87°49'57"E
1,143.43 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike marking the beginning of a 150 feet Radius
Curve to the Left; thence Northeasterly, along said Curve to the Left through a
