Description of the Easement. The center line of the easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A. 2. Purpose of the Easement. Th.is easement shall be for the purpose of providing a perpetual 60 foot right-of-way easement for ingress, egress and utilities to lbo properties served along the easement. 3. _Conditiom offlXe Ea~e~nent, lhe easement shall be used for ingress, egress and undmground utilities. 4. Maintenance ot~the E~emeat. IheGrantees will share in the cost of the maintenance of the easement, including snow removal. Costs of maintenance or installation of the underground utilities will be bom by the person or persons installing the underground utilities or de~iring the maintenance of the underground utilities. 3. Binding Effect.. The terms and conditions of his easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors in interest, and assigns o£ tile parties nmned in this instrument. 4. Carl Dec as you will see as per the attached email correspondence, is out of the country in Thailand, and is unable to notarize any documents, but will do it as soon as he returns. Also the Judge's decided to not sign the new easement, and keep the old easement in force. As they are not a part to this subdivision, and their land is not bordering any subdivision land. This, I am told by Mr. Luthi and Scott White from Lloyd Baker's, should not effect this easement correction. Sincerely, Hannah C.
