hereby CONVEY and WARRANT TO:
JAMES K. WHALEN and BOBBIE SUE WHALEN, husband and wife,
as tenants by the entireties
Grantees of 4300 S. Hufsmith Hill Road, Jackson, WY 83001
for the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
the following described tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 36, REES SUBDIVISION, as shown by the official plat thereof recorded
September 1, 1955 in the Office of the Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
and being part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2SE1/4) of
Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM The East One-half (El/2) of Lot 36 of the Roes
Subdivision, more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southeast
Corner of Lot 36 and running in a Northwesterly direction 132.94 feet to the
platted line between Lots 36 and 37; thence West 91.13 feet; thence South 94
feet; thence East 185.13 feet to the point of beginning
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and rights-of=way of record or in use.
Together with all imProvements and appurtenances thereon.
WITNESS, the hand of said grantors, this 24th day of October, A.D. 2003
