consideration, in the following described tract of land in Lincoln
County, State of'Wyoming:
400 acres located in Dipper Creek, described as N~ and the
N~SW~ of Section 15, Township 28, North Range 119 West of the
6th P.M., Wyoming, together with water rights and other
appurtenances.
